All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue items at any time without notice. While we aim to ensure all product information and pricing is accurate, errors may occur.

Custom and branded orders may have longer lead times and are subject to approval based on product availability and design limitations. Full payment is required before production begins.

All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. We accept payments via major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

We ship Australia-wide using eco-friendly materials and trusted courier services. Shipping times and fees vary based on location and order size. For more details, please see our Shipping Policy.

Due to the personalised and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery for any issues. For full details, please review our Return & Refund Policy.

We offer customization and co-branding for corporate and bulk orders. Any brand logos used must be owned by the client or used with permission. Final designs are shared for approval before printing.
