At Everkind Gifting, each hamper is thoughtfully curated, packed by hand, and checked for quality before dispatch. As our hampers contain perishable and custom-packed items, we do not offer returns for change of mind.
However, we will always make things right in case of any issues. Your satisfaction is important to us.

If an item arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect:
- Email us at info@everkindgifting.com.au within 48 hours
- Include your order number and photos of the issue
- We’ll arrange a replacement or a fair solution right away.
Do You Accept Returns?
No, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Each Everkind Gifting hamper is custom-packed and includes perishable or personal items. Please choose carefully when ordering.
What If I Gave the Wrong Address?
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Unavailable recipients at the time of delivery. In such cases, re-delivery or return shipping charges may apply.
Can I Cancel a Custom or Bulk Order?
Custom and bulk orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once confirmed and paid. We communicate clearly before dispatch and ensure everything is correct before sending.
