Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?


We deliver Australia-wide using trusted courier partners. Local delivery may be available within Melbourne for bulk or event orders — please contact us to confirm.

How long does delivery take?


Our standard dispatch time is 3–5 business days. Delivery time depends on your location. For festive or large orders, we recommend ordering in advance to avoid delays.

What if no one is home during delivery?


If no one is available, couriers will leave the parcel in a safe place or leave instructions for redelivery or pickup. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

How much is shipping? Do you offer free delivery?

We offer flat-rate $12.50 standard shipping across Australia. Free shipping is available for orders over $120.

Gifting & Customization

Can I add a personalised message?


Yes! Each hamper includes a complimentary thank-you card. You can leave your personalised message at checkout, and we’ll handwrite it for a personal touch.

Do you offer branded hampers for businesses?


Absolutely. We offer branding options such as logo stickers, customised cards, or packaging upgrades for bulk orders. Reach out to explore your options

Orders & Returns

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?


If your order hasn’t been packed or shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes. Please email us as soon as possible at info@everkindgifting.com.au.

What is your return or refund policy?


We don’t accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos so we can resolve it quickly.
