• Orders of 1 to 8 hampers: Dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Bulk orders (9 or more hampers): Dispatched within 6–9 business days after payment confirmation due to
  additional preparation time.

Local delivery is available within Melbourne for bulk or event orders — please contact us at info@everkindgifting.com.au to check availability.

If no one is available at the delivery address, couriers may leave the parcel in a safe place or provide instructions for redelivery or pickup. Tracking will be provided once your parcel has been dispatched.

For business or centre addresses, please ensure someone is available to receive deliveries during business hours.

If you have any special delivery notes (e.g. “Leave at back door” or “Deliver to front office”), please include them at checkout. While we pass these notes to the courier, final delivery decisions are at the driver’s discretion.

At this time, we do not offer pickup.

However, we may accommodate Melbourne-based event drops or large staff deliveries upon request — just reach out to discuss details.
